- May 15, 2008: Completed commission for the Sequoia Chamber Players. The premiere of Janani expected at the end of June.

- April 30, 2008: Premiere of chorus piece, The Poet's dream, poem by P.B. Shelley, performed by the Arundel High School Chamber Singers, directed by Mikale Clark.

- June 2-3, 2007: Successful world premiere of By the River Near Savathi by the St. Luke's Ensemble at the Notable Women Festival, curated by Joan Tower. The piece received great reviews from audience members as well as performers.
